Welcome to the website for the 2nd Graduate Network Conference, entitled “Understanding Complexity: Methodology and Research Design in the Social Sciences”! The conference will take place on December 11-14, 2008 at Central European University in Budapest.
The Graduate Network includes the following departments at six leading European universities:
- European University Institute (Italy)- Department of Political and Social Sciences
- London School of Economics (UK)- Government, International Relations and European Institute
- Sciences Po (France)- All departments
- Instituto Italiano di Scienze Umane, SUM (Italy)- Political Science Doctoral Program
- Pompeu Fabra, UPF (Spain)- Department of Political and Social Sciences, and
- Central European University (Hungary)- Political Science, IRES, and Department of Public Policy.
CEU organizers will arrange funding to cover the costs of accommodation and meals during the conference for all invited participants.
